Our History
Founded in December 2020
It all started with a Zoom Call and a dream! Our group began with the vision of hosting the town's first annual PRIDE Festival. Today we are a Southington, CT based 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to advance LGBTQIA+ equality through programs that promote visibility, unity, and wellness. Annual Community Celebration
Our annual celebration kicks off each year with our #PUPSTRUT for PRIDE dog show followed by live performances from local artists. This day-long event features local vendor booths, community organizations, and children & family activities. On Sunday June 25th 2023, Southington PRIDE will be hosting it's 3rd annual PRIDE Festival at Mt. Southington Ski Area. Learn more about Southington PRIDE 2023 and how you can get involved below.
Empowering Year-Round Programming
Southington PRIDE provides year-round community programming that promotes visibility, unity, and wellness for all. We currently offer a weekly teen group program with our friends from Q+ along with our volunteer subcommittees.
